Contractor Safety Policy

ABnote Australasia recognises its duty of care to contractors, sub-contractors and their employees when working on any of our sites or under our supervision. Contractors to ABnote Australasia cover all external services, including professional and non-professional services.

This duty of care aims to protect ABnote Australasia employees from the effects of Contractor's activities, and to protect the Contractor's employees from ABnote Australasia activities in a cooperative manner.

The Contractor must have agreed and signed the “Conditions of Contract� form and supporting documents. The purpose of these conditions are to ensure that all Contractors are aware of their responsibilities when they are on site and that they have the appropriate level of insurance and coverage, and that their employees are trained in the appropriate facets.

ABnote Australasia will provide all Contractors with an appropriate induction to ensure their understanding of the Safety and Health requirements of the site.
