Our Secura-CHEQUE paper looks exactly like any other cheque paper but its special features are invisible to the human eye.

These features have two functions:

  • Enhanced toner adhesion that makes it more difficult to change the details of a laser or inkjet printed cheque or even a handwritten cheque.
  • In combination with special sensors which can be installed in the clearing bank's machines, it provides the capability for the clearing bank to detect and intercept fraudulently altered cheques before they are processed.
